Coach+ Dashboard offers different feature tiers to match your coaching business needs. Learn what's available and how to access more features.

Feature Tiers Overview

Your Coach+ account comes with a specific set of features based on your subscription tier. Features are controlled through a configuration system that can be customized for your needs.

Available Features

Here's a comprehensive list of all features in the Coach+ Dashboard:

Core Features

  • Overview Dashboard - Always available
  • Plans Management - Always available
  • Settings - Always available

Tier-Based Features

  • Client Management - Manage and track your clients
  • Nutrition & Meal Plans - Create custom meal plans and use templates
  • Calendar & Scheduling - Book meetings and manage availability
  • Marketplace/Store - Sell workout plans online
  • Exercise Library - Manage custom exercises
  • App Configuration - Customize branding and colors

Locked Features

If a feature is not available in your tier, you'll see a lock icon next to it in the sidebar.

Info

Locked features are still visible in the sidebar for discoverability, but they're clearly marked as unavailable.

Accessing Locked Features

When you click on a locked feature, you'll see a message explaining that it's not available and how to get access.

The message includes:

  • Feature name and description
  • Why it's locked (tier restriction)
  • How to unlock it (contact support)
  • A "Contact Support" button

Tip

You can browse locked features to see what they offer before deciding to upgrade.

Client & Coach Limits

In addition to feature access, your tier also determines:

  • Max Clients - Maximum number of clients you can manage
  • Max Coaches - Number of coach accounts allowed (for team/gym owners)

Checking Your Limits

You can see your current capacity on the Overview dashboard:

  • The Coaching Capacity card shows your client count vs maximum
  • Example: "35/50 Clients" means you have 35 clients out of a maximum of 50

Warning

When you reach your client limit, you won't be able to add new clients until you upgrade your tier or remove existing clients.

How to Upgrade

To unlock additional features or increase your limits:

  1. Click the "Contact Support" button on any locked feature page
  2. Or send an email directly to help@coachplusplatform.com
  3. Mention which features you'd like to unlock
  4. Include your current client count and desired capacity
  5. Our team will respond with upgrade options and pricing

  • Max Clients: 10-20

Professional Tier

For established coaches with growing clientele:

  • Client Management - Included
  • Full Plans - Included
  • Nutrition & Meal Plans - Included
  • Calendar - Included
  • Marketplace - Not included
  • Max Clients: 50-100

Enterprise Tier

For gyms, studios, and large coaching businesses:

  • All Features Unlocked
  • Marketplace/Store - Included
  • Exercise Library - Included
  • Full Branding Control - Included
  • Max Clients: Unlimited
  • Max Coaches: Multiple

Feature Updates

New features are regularly added to Coach+ Dashboard. When a new feature launches:

  • You'll be notified via email
  • It will appear in the sidebar (locked or unlocked based on your tier)
  • You can contact support to add it to your account

What happens if I downgrade?

If you need to downgrade, your data is preserved but access to certain features will be restricted. Contact support before downgrading to understand the impact.

Can I upgrade mid-month?

Yes! Upgrades can happen at any time. Contact support and they'll handle the transition smoothly.

Are there annual discounts?

Yes, annual subscriptions typically include a discount compared to monthly billing. Ask about annual pricing when contacting support.
