Accessing the Store

Click Store in the sidebar to manage your marketplace.

Store/Marketplace features may be locked based on your tier. Contact support to enable the store.

Setting Up Your Store

Before selling plans, configure:

  • PayPal Integration - Connect your PayPal account
  • Pricing Tiers - Create purchase options
  • Plan Selection - Choose which plans to sell
  • Store Description - Describe your offerings

PayPal Integration

To receive payments:

  1. Go to Store settings
  2. Click "Connect PayPal"
  3. Enter your PayPal business email
  4. Add client ID and secret (from PayPal Developer)
  5. Test the connection
  6. Save configuration

Warning

Use a PayPal Business account for proper transaction handling and reporting.

Creating Pricing Tiers

Tiers are the products customers can purchase:

Example Tiers

Basic Tier ($29)

  • 1 workout plan
  • Email support
  • One-time purchase

Pro Tier ($79)

  • 3 workout plans
  • Custom meal plan
  • Email + chat support
  • One-time purchase

VIP Tier ($149/month)

  • Unlimited plans
  • Personalized coaching
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Recurring subscription

Tier Configuration

For each tier, set:

  • Tier Name - Descriptive title
  • Price - Amount in USD
  • Billing Type - One-time or recurring
  • Description - What's included
  • Plan IDs - Which plans are included
  • Features List - Bullet points of benefits

Assigning Plans to Tiers

Link workout plans to tiers:

  1. Edit a pricing tier
  2. Click "Add Plans"
  3. Select from your plan library
  4. Choose 1 or multiple plans
  5. Save the tier

When a customer purchases, they automatically get access to the assigned plans.

Managing Orders

View all purchases in the Orders section:

Order Information

  • Customer name and email
  • Purchase date
  • Tier purchased
  • Amount paid
  • PayPal transaction ID
  • Order status (Completed, Pending, Refunded)

Order Statuses

  • Completed - Payment successful, plans assigned
  • Pending - Payment processing
  • Failed - Payment declined
  • Refunded - Money returned to customer

Customer Management

When someone buys a plan:

  1. They're automatically added as a client
  2. Plan is assigned to their account
  3. They receive access email
  4. They can download the mobile app
  5. They log in and see their purchased plan

Tip

Store customers become clients automatically, so they appear in your Clients list.

Promoting Your Store

Drive traffic to your marketplace:

  • Social Media - Share store link on Instagram, Facebook
  • Email List - Send to subscribers
  • Website - Add link to your personal site
  • YouTube - Link in video descriptions
  • TikTok - Link in bio

Free vs. Paid Plans

Free Lead Magnets

Offer free plans to build your audience:

  • Set price to $0
  • Collect email addresses
  • Provide basic plan
  • Upsell to paid tiers

Paid Premium Plans

Monetize with paid offerings:

  • One-time purchase ($29-$199)
  • Monthly subscription ($49-$299/mo)
  • Tiered pricing (Good, Better, Best)
  • Bundle discounts

Recurring Subscriptions

For ongoing coaching:

  • Monthly Plans - Billed every month
  • Quarterly Plans - Billed every 3 months
  • Annual Plans - Billed yearly (discount available)

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the customer.

Recurring revenue creates stable income. Encourage customers to subscribe rather than one-time purchases.

Handling Refunds

To process a refund:

  1. Find the order
  2. Click "Refund"
  3. Choose full or partial refund
  4. Add refund reason
  5. Process through PayPal
  6. Customer access is revoked

Warning

Have a clear refund policy (e.g., 30-day money-back guarantee) to build trust.

Revenue Tracking

Monitor your store performance:

  • Total Revenue - All-time earnings
  • Monthly Revenue - Current month
  • Active Subscriptions - Recurring revenue
  • Total Customers - Unique buyers
  • Best-Selling Tier - Most popular option

  • Research competitor pricing
  • Start with 3 tiers (Good, Better, Best)
  • Make middle tier most attractive
  • Offer annual discount (2 months free)

Troubleshooting

Store features locked?

Contact support to enable marketplace features.

Payment not processing?

  • Verify PayPal credentials are correct
  • Check PayPal account is in good standing
  • Ensure business account is verified
  • Test with sandbox mode first

Customer didn't receive plan?

  • Verify payment completed
  • Check plan assignment
  • Ask customer to log out and back in
  • Manually assign plan if needed
