Managing Client Profiles

The client profile page is your central hub for managing individual clients. Learn how to navigate tabs, filter clients, and track their activity.

Accessing Client Profiles

From the Clients page, click on any client row to open their detailed profile.

Client Profile Tabs

Each client profile has 7 tabs, each serving a specific purpose:

1. Overview Tab

The Overview tab is your quick dashboard for a client's coaching progress. It displays:

  • Current Program: Shows the active workout plan assigned to the client with difficulty level, number of workouts, and start date. Has an "Edit Program" link to make changes.
  • This Week: A weekly calendar view showing the current week's dates, with today highlighted.
  • Latest Activities: A feed of the client's recent workout completions showing the workout name, exercises completed, and time since completion.
  • Notes: A text field for coaches to add personal notes about the client (e.g., health conditions, preferences, special observations).

2. Measurements Tab

The Measurements tab tracks your client's body composition changes over time. It displays:

Individual measurement cards: Each tracked measurement type (Weight, Body Fat, etc.) has its own card showing:

  • A line chart displaying historical data entries over time
  • Current value and the change since the last entry
  • Number of total entries recorded

Available Measurements section: Shows all measurement types being tracked for this client (can include Weight, Body Fat, and other measurement types beyond these two)

3. Training Volume Tab

The Training Volume tab tracks the weight lifted per muscle group to measure workout intensity and progression. It displays:

Time period filters: Switch between Last 6 Months, Last 90 Days, or Last 30 Days to view training volume over different timeframes

Muscle group cards: Each muscle group (Back, Chest, Quadriceps, Shoulders, Triceps, etc.) has its own card showing:

  • A line chart displaying total volume lifted over time
  • Number of workouts completed for that muscle group
  • Total weight lifted across all workouts
  • Average weight lifted per workout

4. Check-in Tab

The Check-in tab displays progress photos uploaded by your client for visual body transformation tracking. It shows:

Check-in Photos Gallery: A grid of photos uploaded by the client, displayed chronologically

Weight timestamp: Each photo includes the client's weight at the time of the check-in

Date tracking: The date each check-in photo was uploaded

Visual progress: Side-by-side comparison of photos over time to see physical transformation and body composition changes

5. Program Tab

The Program tab is where you manage workout programs assigned to your client and track their workout completion. It includes:

Assign New Program button: Allows you to assign a new workout program to the client

Current Program section: Shows the active program with:

  • Program name, difficulty level, and number of workouts
  • Last active date
  • Edit program option to modify the current program

Completed Workouts section: Lists all workouts the client has finished from the current program, showing:

  • Workout name
  • When it was completed
  • Number of exercises completed
  • Duration of the workout

Previous Programs section: Shows all past programs assigned to the client with the ability to reactivate them

  • Program name, difficulty level, and training goal
  • Last active date
  • Reactivate button to reassign the program

6. Meal Plan Tab

The Meal Plan tab allows you to create and manage customized nutrition plans for your client. It includes:

Plan title: The name of the meal plan (e.g., "High Protein - 2500 calories")

Daily Goals section: Set target macronutrients for the day:

  • Target Calories, Protein (g), Carbs (g), and Fat (g)
  • Can leave empty to auto-calculate from meals, or override with custom values
  • Shows total daily macros (Calories, Protein, Carbs, Fat)

Load Template button: Quickly load pre-built meal plan templates to save time

Meal structure: Organize meals by type (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner) with:

  • Number of food items per meal
  • Calories and macronutrient breakdown per meal
  • Expandable sections to see individual food items and their macros

Coach Notes: Add instructions or guidance for the client (e.g., timing recommendations)

Food Items: Lists all foods in each meal with portion sizes and individual macronutrient values

The Meal Plan tab may be locked if nutrition features are not available in your tier. Contact support to unlock.

7. Profile Tab

The Profile tab displays client information and allows you to add coaching notes. It shows:

Client Email: The client's email address (read-only)

Client Name: The client's name (read-only)

Notes: The only editable field where you can add and update coach notes about the client (e.g., health conditions, injuries, preferences, or special observations)

Save button: To update the notes

Status: Shows the client's current coaching status and the date they started being coached (read-only)

Filtering Clients

On the main Clients page, use filter tabs to organize your client list:

Clients Management header, search field, and All Clients, Coached, and Leads tabs with count badges

Filter Options

  • All Clients - Shows every client you've added (total count shown)
  • Coached - Clients who have paired their Coach+ account (sorted by last active)
  • Leads - Prospective or not-yet-coached clients (not yet paired with Coach+)

Tip

When you click on "Active Clients" or "Inactive Clients" from the Overview dashboard, the Clients page automatically filters to show only coached clients sorted by last active date.

Searching Clients

Use the search bar at the top of the Clients page to quickly find specific clients:

  • Search by name (first or last)
  • Search by email address
  • Search by phone number

Results update in real-time as you type.

Sorting Clients

Click on column headers to sort the client table:

  • Name - Alphabetical order
  • Status - Coached vs available
  • Last Active - Most recent login (default sort, descending)

Understanding Client Statistics

On the Overview dashboard, you'll see client statistics cards:

Active Clients Card

Shows the count of coached clients who logged in within 7 days. Click "View All" to see the filtered list.

Inactive Clients Card

Shows coached clients who haven't logged in for 7+ days. Useful for identifying clients who need follow-up.

Coaching Capacity Card

Displays your current client count vs your maximum (based on your tier). Example: "35/50 Clients"

Info

When you reach your client limit, you'll need to upgrade your tier to add more clients. Contact support for upgrade options.
