Dashboard Layout
The dashboard is organized into three main sections:
- Header (narrow screens) — Shows your coach info and a menu button to open the sidebar
- Sidebar - Main navigation menu with all features
- Content Area - Where you'll work with clients, plans, and settings

Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar is your main navigation menu. It contains all the features available in your Coach+ Dashboard.
Navigation Menu Items
Here's what each menu item does:
Overview
Your dashboard home page showing:
- Active Clients — clients who logged in within the last 7 days
- Inactive Clients — clients not logged in recently
- Coaching Capacity — your current client count vs. your plan limit (e.g. 18/150)
- Latest Activities — recent client workout completions
- Today's Schedule — your upcoming sessions for the day

Manage all your clients:
- View all clients in a table
- Filter by coached/uncoached status

Plans
Create and manage workout plans:
- Browse your workout plans
